Why Our Christmas Wreath Workshops Sell Out Every Year in Belfast

Updated: Jun 9

When it comes to getting into the festive spirit, there’s nothing quite like creating your own handmade Christmas wreath—and at Crafting NI, that’s exactly what we help people do each December. Each year, our Christmas Wreath Workshops in Belfast, Ballyclare, and Newtownabbey sell out fast, and it’s not just because of the beautiful wreaths participants leave with. So, what is it that makes these workshops so special?

Christmas Wreath Workshops Belfast

A Festive Tradition With a Personal Touch

I’m Kelli, and I’ve been running wreath workshops at Crafting NI for several years now. What started as a small idea to bring people together during the Christmas season has grown into a much-loved annual event. Whether you're coming along with friends, family, or on your own, you’ll be welcomed with warmth, creativity, and a touch of festive sparkle.

Each wreath at our Christmas Wreath Workshops in Belfast is made using fresh, high-quality greenery and a range of gorgeous decorations, so no two designs are ever the same. From classic red berries and cinnamon sticks to more modern twists with ornaments, ribbons, and dried fruit, you’ll have the freedom to create something that suits your own personal Christmas style.

More Than Just a Craft Session

What people often tell me is that the workshops are more than just a chance to make a wreath—they're an experience. It's about setting aside a couple of hours in the middle of the Christmas rush to unwind, laugh, and get creative. It’s the kind of event that people come back to year after year, sometimes even making it a yearly tradition with their mums, sisters, or best mates.

No Experience Needed for our Christmas Wreath Workshops across Belfast, Antrim & Newtownabbey

Worried you’re not the creative type? Don’t be! My job is to guide you every step of the way. I’ve designed the workshops to suit complete beginners as well as those who are a bit more crafty. Everyone leaves with a wreath they’re proud of—and often surprised by just how good it looks!

Spaces Fill Quickly—Here’s Why

Because the workshops are kept small and friendly, places are limited—and that’s part of the charm. It means I can give each person the attention and help they need, and we can all enjoy a more relaxed, hands-on session. That’s also why they tend to sell out so quickly every year.

So if you’re thinking of joining us this year, keep an eye out when bookings go live—you won’t want to miss it! Feel free to join our email list so you know when the classes are available by clicking here.
